I was fortunate enough to have Jo Merton as my trainer when I was completing my Certificate 3 in Children’s Services. I found Jo to be completely approachable, extremely knowledgeable and always encouraging. Jo’s passion for teaching and learning engaged me from the beginning, which allowed me to finish my Certificate in a timely fashion. I am currently studying at a university level and only wish there was someone with Jo’s skills and expertise that I felt as comfortable engaging in meaningful dialogue with.
